If you're reading this, you're probably interested in incorporating more plant-based meals into your diet, and we're here to help you do just that. Plant-based diets have gained popularity in recent years, and for good reason. Not only are they better for the environment and animal welfare, but they can also provide numerous health benefits such as improved digestion and increased energy levels. However, transitioning to a plant-based diet can seem intimidating at first. Where do you start? What do you cook? How do you make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need? Don't worry, we've got you covered with easy-to-follow recipes, meal-planning tips, and advice on finding plant-based options when eating out.         Before we dive into the delicious recipes, let's talk about the benefits of a ...

Google ATAP

Image
Google ATAP "Soli"                     Google's Advanced Technology and Projects group (ATAP) is a skunkworks team and in-house technology incubator, created by former DARPA director Regina Dugan. ATAP is similar to X, but works on projects, granting project leaders time—previously only two years—in which to move a project from concept to proven product. According to Dugan , the ideal ATAP project combines technology and science, requires a certain amount of novel research, and creates a marketable product. Historically, the ATAP team was born at Motorola and kept when Google sold Motorola to Lenovo; for this reason, ATAP ideas have tended to involve mobile hardware technology. The team embodies principles that former Google VP Dugan used at DARPA. One of these principles is to create small teams of high performers. Another is to make use of resources outside the organizational box; ATAP has worked with hundreds of partners in...

Bitcoins

Image
"Bitcoins And Cryptocurrency"                     Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency , without a central bank or single administrator, that can be sent from user to user on the peer-to-peer bitcoin network without the need for intermediaries. Transactions are verified by network nodes through cryptography and recorded in a public distributed ledger called a blockchain. Bitcoins are created as a reward for a process known as mining. They can be exchanged for other currencies, products, and services. Research produced by the University of Cambridge estimated that in 2017, there were 2.9 to 5.8 million unique users using a cryptocurrency wallet, most of them using bitcoin. Bitcoin has been criticized for its use in illegal transactions , the large amount of electricity used by miners, price volatility, and thefts from exchanges. Some economists, including several Nobel laureates, have characterized it as a speculative bubbl...

Neuralink-Elon musk Dream

Image
Neuralink                                 Neuralink is the latest upcoming technology introduced by Elon Musk . Neuralink is a neurotechnology and this company was started by Elon Musk and others, developing implantable brain-machine interfaces   (BMIs) . It was started in 2016 and was first publicaly reported in March 2017. It's subsequently started to carrying out research at the  University of California . The Neuralink team revealed to the public the technology of the first prototype they had been working on it. It is a system that involves ultra-thin probes that will be inserted into the brain, a neurosurgical robot that will perform the operations and a higth-density electronic system capable of processing information from neurons. Probe:             The  probes , composed mostly of  polyamide , a biocompatible material, and coated in a thin g...

Quantum Computers

Image
Quantum Computing A quantum computer can store multiple numbers at once and it can process them simultaneously as well. Instead of doing a series of things one at a time in a sequence, it can work on multiple things at the same time.                     If I were to tell you that, in near future, you will not need the internet to communicate because data will be teleported, you would be like “What the heck? This is no sci-fi movie!” But the truth is, there is already research going on called quantum teleportation. Surprised? I was too.                    But before getting into the unimaginable possibilities of quantum computing, lets first understand what quantum computing is and how it differs from conventional computers.                     If you studied light (it’s okay if you don’t remember) you may already know something about ...

Machine learning

Image
Machine learning What is machine learning? You probably use it dozens of times a day without even knowing it. Each time you do a web search on Google or Bing, that works so well because their machine learning software has figured out how to rank what pages. When Facebook or Apple's photo application recognizes your friends in your pictures, that's also machine learning. Each time you read your email and a spam filter saves you from having to wade through tons of spam, again, that's because your computer has learned to distinguish spam from non-spam email. So, that's machine learning. There's a science of getting computers to learn without being explicitly programmed. One of the research projects that I'm working on is getting robots to tidy up the house. How do you go about doing that? Well what you can do is have the robot watch you demonstrate the task and learn from that. The robot can then watch what objects you pick up and where to put them and try to do t...
